Indiana Football Digest Announces 2012 Prime Time 25124 coaches and players honored at The Griddy’s 2012

MISHAWAKA- The Indiana Football Digest honored the best of the best from the 2011 season and offered a sneak peek at the 2012 season at The Griddy’s 2012 held at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center in Indianapolis on March 18.
The Griddy Awards were held for the first time in 2007. Each year, over 400 people attend this banquet and award ceremony to recognize the best players, coaches and media representatives in Indiana High School Football.
In addition to the 10 state finalists from the 2011 season, the Griddy’s honored five coaches of the year, two assistant coaches of the year, five players of the year, and two 26-member All-State teams. Also honored at the program was a media award winner, a lifetime achievement award winner, a spirit of sport winner and badge of courage award.
The 2012 Indiana Football Digest Prime Time 25 was also revealed. These current juniors (Class of 2013) will appear on the cover of the 2012 Indiana Football Digest which will debut at the Grange Insurance North-South All-Star Classic on July 13 at North Central High School in Indianapolis.
